6.5.7 Bulk activation or deletion

The Site and equipment configuration =>        Bulk inactive equipment activation or deletion page can be used to display the deactivated equipments, and then we can reactivate or delete them.

The inactive equipments page consits of three steps:

·       Choosing the equipments and setting some deletion/modification options

·       Confirmation page which shows the objects which will be deleted/modified

·       The result of the deletion/modification

Each configuration step can be accessed via the links on the top of the page. The application enforces the dependencies between the different steps and it ensures that the user cannot switch to a step unless all of its prerequisites are meet. There are different ways to navigate between the first two steps: their names serve as links, but the Prev and Next links can also be used. However the third step cannot be accessed via this way, the Delete or the "Activate data collection" button has to be used intead.

The first step is the Search where we can search for the deactivated equipments and we can decide whether to delete or to reactivate them. If we want to delete them then we can choose the same options as can be seen on the Unsuccessful measurements page. We can search for the equipments by specifying the collector group.

The second step is the confirmation page which shows the equipments to be deleted or modified.
