5.9.8 Trap/Syslog receiver

The trap/syslog receiver module consists of four processes: the main process starts the child processes. There is a child process for the trap handling, a child process for the syslog handling and a child process for automatically closing the events. It is important to notice that the trap and the syslog processes are using ports below the 1024 limit, so this module has to be run be the root user on Linux.
