5.9 Server module operation cycles

Every PVSR module has its own operation cycle, i.e. its own way to do its operational steps. The knowledge about these cycles isn’t required for the daily operation of PVSR, but it might be required during a PVSR operational error or for the correct understanding of some of the base PVSR parameters in the CONFIG_INI.pm file.
