5.9.10 Data migration

The operation of the data migration module depends on the value of the USE_PARTITONS and CREATE_PP_TABLE_AFTER parameters, but in each case it moves rows from the tables used for data loading into the PVSR_MON_RES_ARCHIV table. If the value of the USE_PARTITONS is 0 then the module runs only once a day, otherwise it runs every couple of hours.
