6.8.9 Scheduled alarm report

With the help of this menu all users except limited ones and the ones without the “Data export functionality” can set up scheduled alarm reports and the administrator users can edit everyone’s scheduled alarm report settings. The report is the same as the downloadable Excel export for the selected object in the Alarms menu. Some of the parameters are the same parameters as the filter parameters in the Alarms menu. The other parameters are the following:

·       Name: The name of the scheduled report. This does not have to be unique. This name will be put in the subject field of the e-mail with the date of the report.

·       Object type: The generated report can use a site, an equipment, a virtual site or a virtual equipment, before choosing the actual object we have to choose the type first

·       Object: The object for which the report will be generated

·       E-mail: The user can select one or more from his e-mail address list

·       Run cycle: Whether the system should send daily, weekly, monthly or yearly reports. According to the settings the system will send the report always one day after the end of the interval (e.g. next Monday).
