6.7 Scheduled configurationsThe page (Settings=>Scheduled configurations) displays those configurations that were created using templates but were not yet instantiated since the equipment was not available. A restricted administrator cannot view or edit a scheduled configuration if he doesn’t have right to its parent site. On the page a table is displayed with the following columns: · Empty: Contains three links: · [edit]: the entry can be edited · [ · [now]: it tries to instantiate the configuration belonging to the entry immediately and does not wait for the next cycle · Site name: The equipment will be placed to this site · Template name: The system will instantiate the equipment using this template · Equipment name: naturally, the same as in the manual creation of the equipment · Created when: when was the job created · Last run at: when was the job last tried · Last run result: error message during the last try · Next run: the next time when the equipment is going to be tried to be instantiated Each line contains three links: · [edit]: The task parameters can be modified. During the modification the same parameters (except for the retrying time) can be modified as at template based creation. For SNMP equipment the IP address, Community and SNMP version fields are also displayed; for non-SNMP equipment these parameters cannot be seen, instead those additional measurement server parameters are displayed to which equipment can be assigned. · [ · [now]: Does not wait for the next run, but it tries to execute the entry immediately |
